The 27 week update on Baby BOY McKay:
- Progress: 27 Weeks (pic is 27 weeks & 5 days)
- Size: Head of a cauliflower (16 inches, 2.5 lbs)
- Development: His hearing is progressing and he can recognize Will's voice and my voice. His taste buds are developed and he has more taste buds this week than he will have the rest of his life. Still lots of movement!
- Symptoms: I woke up in the middle of the night yesterday with my first experience (ever) of heartburn. I definitely will not be drinking ginger ale before bed again!
- Highlight of the Week: The past week has been kinda crazy...Will was in the hospital for 3 nights and had an open appendectomy. More about that experience in the next post. :)
