During the chilly winter months I love to get out my slow-cooker/crock-pot and have a warm meal. What I really have loved about my slow-cooker is throwing the ingredients inside in the morning, and coming home that afternoon to a meal that is ready to eat! I tried a new recipe this weekend that was SO easy and I already had the ingredients on-hand in my pantry. Here are the ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can french onion soup
1 Cup chicken broth
Place chicken in slow-cooker. Combine next 3 ingredients, then place on top of chicken. Cook for 6 hours on high.
I served this with green beans and mashed potatoes (Will's favs), but wild rice would also be good. So easy and tasty!
